2. Orders (Physical Products)

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from photos.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Shipping

We ship internationally from England.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days.

Delivery times vary by location; customs delays are not our responsibility.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging).

5. Workshops

Booking is confirmed upon payment.

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances (in which case a full refund will be offered).

6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, designs, texts, logos) is the property of Muni Mosaics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any damages resulting from use of this site

Loss or damage during shipping (though we’ll always do our best to help)

Any injuries or issues during workshops unless due to negligence on our part
